EFFICOM ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY was founded by a cross-disciplined engineer with over 20 years of experience and an MSc in Electric Power Engineering — spanning commercial, industrial, domestic, healthcare, education and hyperscale data centre environments across the UK, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, India and worldwide.
With 20+ years of engineering experience specialising in commissioning, including serving as Client Representative on hyperscale data centre programmes for top-tier global technology investors, we bring a level of accountability and technical rigour that generalist firms simply cannot match. We are fully insured — Professional Indemnity and Public Liability — giving clients complete confidence at every stage of engagement. We have delivered projects across the full MEP spectrum — from HV/MV/LV power systems and BESS through to liquid cooling, AI integration and critical infrastructure controls.
Our engineers hold the full spectrum of industry qualifications including CEng, MEng and BSRIA accreditation and are registered members of ASHRAE and NFPA. CPD (Continuous Professional Development) is not optional. It is a cornerstone of how we maintain and drive industry standards on every project we deliver.

Experience is mandatory
We only work with proven commissioning engineers. Each candidate must demonstrate hands-on site experience in their specialist discipline — no exceptions.
All 11 disciplines
Electrical, BESS, Mechanical, Ventilation, Cooling, Liquid Cooling, EPMS, BMS/DCIM, AI Integration, Hydrogen Generation or Load Bank Testing. Single-discipline specialists and multi-discipline engineers both welcome.
Worldwide projects
We operate across the UK, Europe and worldwide. Candidates must be willing to travel and work on international critical facility projects.
